Background & Qualifications:

Alison worked for the IBM Corporation for 10 years in the UK, Germany and in the USA in senior marketing and sales roles. The last 8 years have been spent working with start-ups and small business in the UK. She has also worked for the DTi as an e-Marketing consultant helping Midlands based firms make the most of the web and IT.

Experienced in all the major marketing disciplines, including product marketing, marketing communications, e-marketing, customer contact management and partnership management, she has marketed products & services to consumers, small and mid size enterprises and global corporations in Europe & the USA.

Alison has also been a student tutor for the MSc course in Electronic Business Management at Warwick University which keeps her up to date with all the very latest marketing tools and techniques that are possible with the use of simple technology.

She has a BSc Hons in Industrial & Business Systems from De Montfort University, Leicester where she specialised in International Marketing.
